STORE POLICIES
NO SALES TAX - EVEN FOR OUR MICHIGAN CUSTOMERS!
We are not required to collect sales tax for online purchases shipped to other states. Since we are located in Michigan and feel it is unfair to charge our home state customers sales tax, we have decided to pay the sales tax on your behalf.
FREE DELIVERY / SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more to those in the Continental U.S. We currently do not offer shipping to customers outside the Continental U.S.
For our local and Michigan customers we may personally deliver products in lieu of shipping. Some of our products may come directly from our Charlevoix, MI location or shipped directly from the manufacturer.

We offer great out-the-door pricing on all our online store items. If you find the item you are looking for advertised cheaper, including taxes, shipping, and any other charges, please call us so we can do our best to either match the price our beat it.
Unlike other online retailers, we have a watersports rental shop that specializes in water trampolines and we are more than happy to offer recommendations on installation, setup, storage, and service.
PAYMENT METHODS
We use PayPal for our online merchant services. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to purchase items. When you checkout of your cart you will click on the "Checkout with PayPal" icon . PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as PayPal. It is fast, easy, and secure! For over-the-phone transactions we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
RETURN POLICY
Before returning any item, you must call us at (231) 547-7700 to receive return authorization and information. All return items will incur a 25% restocking fee, must be returned within 30 days of purchase, and accompany original receipt. Items must be unopened, unused, and not damaged. Damage may occur by sliding heavy boxes on the ground or other mistreatment. Return shipping is at customer expense.
If any returned items are found opened, used, or damaged we will contact the customer. A refunded amount will be based at our discretion or the customer will be asked if they would like the item returned to them at their expense. See warranty for defective items.
Due to the cost, size, and shipping expense of many of our store items we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE customers to make sure what they are purchasing is what they want.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Orders are shipped typically within 24 to 48 hours. If you would like to cancel an order it must be done immediately otherwise the Return Policy applies. We CAN NOT cancel an order once it has been shipped or processed by manufacturer warehouse. All cancelled orders will incur a 5% fee for costs associated with credit card processing. To cancel an order you must receive cancel authorization by calling (231) 547-7700.
ACCURACY OF PRICING AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We do our best to make sure prices and product information is correct and realize errors may occur. If there is cause for concern we highly recommend customers view our product manufacturer websites (mostly www.Aquaglide.com) for product information. At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing error or for any other reason. We will contact customers if we cancel any order.

We do not share, sell, or distribute any customer information. We use your information solely for the purpose of creating a smooth sales transaction and maintaining customer relations.
